Junior Account Manager

Naturich Labs is a rapidly growing company widely known for its innovative product developement and contract manufacturing expertise with a focus on premium personal care products.

The Account Manager will report to Director of Account Management and will be responsible for managing client’s portfolio for the product life cycle management.

The Account Manager should have large accounts management experience, preferably in the following industries: personal care products, nutritional supplement or packaged goods manufacturing. This a client and product management role, tracking and reporting the status of products through the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily client relationships communication for assigned accounts via phone and emails
• Provide clients satisfaction by ensuring adherence with client’s time guidelines, finished goods quality requirements
• Schedule and conduct weekly client calls
• Track client’s orders throughout the entire product life cycle management process
• Maintain client folders, purchase orders are completed in ERP system within the planned time-lines
• Build account projections, track daily progress and create status reports
• Comply and follow new SOP’s implementation
• Serve as the key liaison between the clients and the internal departments: R&D, purchasing, packaging inventory, production, quality assurance, shipping assembly
• Inform clients on additional filling or packing fee related inquiries
• Check production tickets for component availability and inform the client on ordering
• Track packaging ETAs for client provided materials
• Follow master operations schedule for changes in production dates
• Coordinate retain samples shipments with shipping department
• Inform client of new products and ways to expand clients’ current product line
• Provide end of month inventory reports to clients
• Create and provide components inventory destruction list to clients
• Initiate and coordinate components destruction process
• Cover first run protocols and communicate with other departments
• Coordinate customer inquiries to the appropriate department for resolution
• Coordinate with Accounting Department issuance of credit memos, proper invoicing on unit pricing and added production related fees
• Facilitate collaborative and effective communication among all team members
• Other duties may be assigned from time to time

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 2 years account management experience
• Experience in personal care, pharmaceutical or food industry
• High degree of computer proficiency using Microsoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite and ERP software
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within account management guidelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, self-motivated
• Customer service orientation with a strong problem-solving approach
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across multi-functional teams
